      Pros

      Flexible working hours, pay is decent and there are a lot of good people in the "trenches". There are some good structures in place that could be beneficial if they were used more positively.

      Cons

      Nepotism and favoritism is rampant. They like to talk about internal promotion and say they promote gender diversity, but they do not want to actually walk the walk. Nobody trusts the HR department, as they've proven they are only interested in serving upper management, not backing up the employees.

      I am sorry to hear to hear that your experience at Faurecia was not as good as it could have been.       Pros

      -Pay is decent for both temps and employees who are hired on.

      Cons

      -Long hours/7 days a week with no effort to try to fix the problems causing overtime. -Production numbers are more important than employees and their safety. -Poor management -Crappy machines/ do not keep up on maintenance

      Good pay for this area

      Cons

      Management is the reason for OT. (80 + hrs a week). No time for family. If they know you might get a Sunday off, they don't tell you till near clock out on Saturday . No chance to make plans. Supervision bullies employees. All upper management friends are first to be promoted. This isn't disgruntled talk. Its amazing how corrupt.
