If you aren't french, you'll have a hard time obtaining & maintaining a long term position about a medial level VP. Work loads are EXCESSIVE & the company does nothing to improve this. Everyone in the company is on the verge of simultaneous burnout & stress induced stroke. Very little recognition is given from upper management to those who perform & the general expectation is that if you perform, you better continue to deliver & show hand over fist improvements every year. An incredibly stressful and unsustainable work environment. Finally, stop firing or losing people & forcing the high performers to absorb all their work... headcount reductions are benefitting no one & you're forcing your best employees out the door

When there’s a task that is unassigned in the facility it will consistently fall to HR’s responsibilities. Team size will not increase, payroll budget for the team will not increase, but the workload will go up with the expectation to still finish in a 40 hour work week. Not compatible with work-life balance.
