Pros
The people you get to work with here are genuinely some of the most hardworking and dedicated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working alongside.
Cons
When there’s a task that is unassigned in the facility it will consistently fall to HR’s responsibilities. Team size will not increase, payroll budget for the team will not increase, but the workload will go up with the expectation to still finish in a 40 hour work week. Not compatible with work-life balance.
