      My time at Faurecia, has been quite adventurous because I've gotten the chance to learn so many different tasks.

      Pros

      It's not guaranteed for everyone, but I have met some pretty amazing people at this place. They make the work time pass a lot quicker. During my time at Faurecia, my patience level has grown tremendously. Because I've had to learn so many different jobs at Faurecia, I am now able to learn and master most any new task in short periods of time. I have also become more comfortable working with others.

      Cons

      For me, the biggest challenge at Faurecia is baring the heat. It's always cool in the break area and the offices, but on the production floor (where most of my time is spent) it is unbelievably hot!

      Pros

      People some really good people but they are leaving or plan on leaving asap.

      Cons

      Bad Management, no training, very political. Treatment of employees based on your Manager is horrible. HR doesn't stand-up for mistreated employees. LARGE numbers of employees quit, walked out or left for better opportunities. Hiring a TON of contractors.

      They pay well, have very good benefits and great people in the plant

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no one manages the people, they only yell when something goes wrong, which is daily. No one teaches, or coaches or leads by example. Big turnover in salary and hourly jobs. Very poor training to new employees, you're left to try to obtain training from whoever will help you.
