Pros

There are great opportunities for global travel and movement. The company is also very focused on career growth and development. I really enjoy the diversity of all the different types of cultures and functions.

Cons

As in all large companies and especially in automotive the communication can become difficult as there are many channels and procedures in place to learn and navigate

Pros

I've been with the company for 5 years! I started as an Intern and have had many position within the company since then. Faurecia has offered me so much opportunity to grow and develop, and not just from a job standpoint but with training as well. Faurecia has their own Faurecia University where you have trainings through the company that offer opportunity to learn about fundamentals of your department but also for things like Communicating, Intercultural, and Conflict Management. Since I have been with Faurecia, they rolled out "Being Faurecia", which changed the company values, allowing us to be more autonomous in daily work and feel like we are part of something more than just a daily job. I have had great managers who have helped work with me on development and understanding what I truly am passionate about. Faurecia is also becoming more flexible with remote work and job sharing where it can be available.

Cons

We are a fast growing company so there can be a lot of change often, which usually results in improvement with each change and creates opportunities for the employees. Since I have started working with Faurecia, it seems like there used to be more steps required in getting things approved, reported, or done in general; however, this has improved since Being Faurecia has rolled out, giving us more say in completing work and standardizing tasks.

Pros

Many opportunities and career paths available to choose from with a management team that values diversity, development and innovation. A global company that respects regional differences while promoting an infrastructure that creates a common language for all employees.

Cons

Occasionally slow to backfill open positions.
