      Potential to work with top blue chip clients Training staff are friendly and can be helpful

      Cons

      Some training staff are poor and don't know how to teach Account managers only care about the money

      Pros

      Good clients that look good on a Grad CV. Makes going into big firms a lot easier

      Cons

      No progression, compared to being on a grad scheme at the actual client, there is no training,progression, rotation (unless you get discontinued by the client), (very very unlikely) option to convert to a permanent staff in the client office after 2 years. Unreasonable (£14-30k) break clause if you decide to leave within 2 years of joining. No pay during the 2/3 months training. Essentially, in the eyes of FDM's clients, you are cheap and easy to hire a team. You have been hired to do a task and nothing more.

      Unpaid training, but it worth it as you would be gaining free training and support throughout.
