Pros

Since joining Extia, I have received support and guidance at every stage. Compared to my previous jobs, which were either toxic or just normal, I feel I have a great work-life balance here. Extia is at the top of my experience as an employee and I am more than happy to participate of it growth !

Cons

I have the feeling that whenever I experienced something less pleasant, I could communicate it to my manager and it would be resolved. So, I would say there have been no inconveniences so far.
