Nice office location and decent private medical.

Cons

Poor management team, who have zero autonomy to make any meaningful decisions. This is a test and QA body shopping organisation, with no clear objectives, or strategy, and will never be a consultancy involved in complex transformation projects. It's recent "facelift", is by all accounts, crashing a tactical, transactional testing business, with a large scale French engineering organisation, coupled with a management consultancy business (Moorhouse), with employees with ego's that put Donald Trump to shame.

Pros

The pro which I feel is the HR and finance team are approachable. The compensation is good. Only good for fresher's.

Cons

If you are an experienced person I recommend not to join this company. Huge risk ... There are many senior members working since last 8 to 10 years and they play huge politics. The play favourites like giving opportunities to their loved ones who do buttering to them . They don't see who is really working and who is not. I have not seen any new projects gained in last 3 years. They are running existing projects which are on verge of moving out.

Pros

Salary is okay, when you start. If you are exceptionally lucky, you will have a manager who is vaguely supportive.

Cons

Your salary will stagnate, good luck getting a pay rise. If you are one of the lucky ones, congrats. But no matter how great your manager is there is a whole swath of spineless HR and Senior "Leadership" that will go above and beyond to screw you over, in ways you could only dream of.
