If you are an experienced person I recommend not to join this company. Huge risk ... There are many senior members working since last 8 to 10 years and they play huge politics. The play favourites like giving opportunities to their loved ones who do buttering to them . They don't see who is really working and who is not. I have not seen any new projects gained in last 3 years. They are running existing projects which are on verge of moving out.
