      Pros

      I've joined 2 years ago, with the promise of bonus, career and development. The salaries are below market, bonus is non existence and development (as long as you take in company courses) is all right. Diversity and women are not advance in their careers, and even if you have enough qualifications they will place you into the client that will pay them the most instead of what your true desires are.

      Cons

      Not a single Manager is other than Irish and pay gap is immense compared to your male colleagues. The company is handled like a recruitment agency instead of a Consulting firm. They are loosing a huge amount of clients, so the possibility to change is non existent.

      Nothing to say in pros, better to avoid this company in india. You can use this offer letter as a counter offer in another company

      1. High management people (Pune&chennai) thinks that they are the CEO of the company. They will change the rules as per their requirement. 2. Threatening their employees to come to office even though they have WFH 3. If we have WFH option, Managers from Pune and chennai is asking people to take leave if they request wfh, (due to this people will loose their leaves without their requirement) I can say the names ; if management sees this : there is 2 womens as a manager (samiksha from Pune and Thangapoorani from Bangalore) this people are the main reason for the bad name for the entire organisation. They are torchering people with their thoughts and creating issues No work life balance. No salary hike (only promotions) No respect on employees Need to work as a robot

      A couple of nice colleagues

      Terrible work life balance, often worked from 7 am to 7 pm. I was very busy with internal work for which I received very good feedback. Once that was finished my probation was terminated immediately. In 2 months I didn't have a single interview with a potential client, It;s their expectation that you bring clients in.
