Pros

Not sure, some people were cool, I guess

Cons

A lot of fake help. Disrespect aswell if you're not upper management. You can't say anything without people getting offended. Vice presidents think they are Gods. Calm down, outside of this company your title doesn't mean anything! The meetings are horrible, people love the sound of their own voice. Talking for hours when they could've just sent an email. Everything is about gloating and showing what they've done. Feels like you're in primary school..

Pros

Working in travel is a really fun industry to be in and the people at the company make it a fun place to be. The Leadership team is very focused on the current events in the world and looks for ways to positively make an impacted related to it. There are a lot of teams in the same org so promotions are common if you're a strong candidate.

Cons

There have been a significant amount of leadership changes and re-orgs that have left most teams not knowing what they are responsible for and most feel like they are not contributing to the growth of the company. This is telling by the fact that people who have been at the company for 10+ years are now all leaving. I think it needs a few years to figure out what the company is trying to do and settle down before it can go back to the great company it used to be.

Pros

Work life Balance for the most part. Benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

Compensation is well behind the market Extremely toxic People Team senior leadership “Seattle” campus is impossible to get to Waste way too much money on consultants to repeat the same information and guidance that employees who are subject matter experts have given for years with zero change from leadership Expedia talks a good diversity game, but they have no idea what that truly means - just look at their employee population
