They won't do anything to make sure this doesn't happen again and again and you'll be without full paycheck multiple times a year. They'll say it's your fault, despite having communicated everything correctly to the doctor and not having any real way of knowing whether you'll get 1/3 of your paycheck, until you get it. The list of negative is really extremely wrong
