      Pros

      The company culture is great overall and you work in a very positive environment. Teamwork is important and you need to be a team player to succeed. Every day is different, no redundancy in your day to day.

      Cons

      Some colleagues clearly lack humility and do not fit in the "team" environment. Working hard does not necessarily guarantee a promotion and sometimes being "louder" than others is more rewarding than being a quiet hard worker.
