Not a good place to work

Pros

Cannot think of any positives

Cons

Cons Offshore-driven decisions with little understanding of on-ground realities, leading to confusion and constant firefighting. Heavy internal politics where hardworking employees are often made scapegoats when leadership strategies fail. Frequent layoffs and restructurings create a culture of instability and make it a very stressful place to work.

Pros

Travel industry is fun and honestly rewarding You might get lucky to build some cool stuff if you get the right leadership Ok in-office hybrid culture with decent flexibility

Cons

Culture mostly going downhill, everyone around you is frustrated and not eager to work, low pay, slow decision-making due to highly layered orgs Good on diversity - everyone is treated equally bad
