Pros

It's a big online company but there is definitely much needed for imrpovement in order to make it work, some of this may happen with time.

Cons

Management lacks insight and direction. Or if they do have direction it is taking time to implement. There are many challenges this business has ahead of it.

Pros

Smart, driven people make Expedia a great place to work.

Cons

We haven't yet built a product that people absolutely love to use. We got an early lead in a great industry, and have spent more time protecting that position than really becoming an innovative company for the long term.

Pros

good communication, quick feedback to allow time to correct. Good benefit and decent salary

Cons

they don't promote people much. you can work like a slave there for 4 years and do not move the title. this is particularly bad in engineering area where more people work there and fewer promotions are available.
