Pros

You get to work on one of the emblema of the online travel industry. Shipping live a product is always a great moment of accomplishement. Certain managers reaylly nurture their teams and foster a very dydnamic atmosphere where you want to give your very best,

Cons

The process to get project approved is cumbersome and very bureaucratic. The approval system tends to turn like the UN where no consensus is never reached nor followed in the rare occasions that make the par. You start the year with 100+ key projects but you know that 3/4 of them will not actually be delivered because of change of focus, people attrition and constant strategy changes that leads to a bad morale among employees. too much politics and a lot of great people have been departing the company since 3-4 years now and knowledge is not passed away when these people leave.

Pros

You get to work with really smart people who are excited about their contribution to the organization. Fast paced environment.

Cons

Way too much involvement by HR in the organization yet they stand by and condone the unfair treatment of employees by Senior Management.
