- It all depends on your manager if he/she likes you then you will get opportunity to excel - Mostly bureaucratic in nature, managers try to run teams according to them - No set process - No HR sessions on employee satisfaction - No team building activities - You will find manipulative people in management thriving

Pros

Working at a travel company, you are able to get some great perks besides typical health benefits. Perks include discount on hotel room bookings.

Cons

Strong performers were not always recognized and rewarded. It seems like individuals who were more outspoken and who touted their "merit" would get promoted.
