Pros

Great office, and equipment, drinks and snacks.

Cons

Toxic culture, inefficient processes and processes-driven environment including decision making. Customer do not come first, pleasing management does instead. No critical thinking and a lot of micro management across entire organisation.

Pros

Great benefits, office location and atmosphere. Also there are some managers with high experience and amazing leadership.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are new managers that are unprofessionals, not experience in the field at all, very bad leadership , not ready to have a high position, not empathy & favoritism with some employees.

Pros

good work environment, few great colleagues, great benefits, payment always on time, no overtime.

Cons

Company put everything and everyone in "boxes" and even if they say the would love suggestions, they are not open to harsh review and inovation in their policy and procedure. The managers don't have the appropriate management skills and they are just the "speakers" of the leadership.
