Good pay but only as I came from an acquired entity who were a great employer.

Cons

Dearth of communication and culture. Full of hopeless management and their “pet employees” who love to micro manage the workforce (even when they have oodles more experience). Say they are creating something new & innovative but the legacy systems are essentially a whole pile of manual spreadsheets ie: nothing could be further from the truth. Blatant lies frequently told; acquired a whole bunch of acquisitions but had no plans or budget as to what to do with them and just keep stringing everyone along. ATOS share price and press releases re recent credit downgrade say it all.

Cons

Salaries are below market level. Very low job security Benefits were good but severe cuts for this upcoming year. Management got so much bad feedback after the first benefit announcement they had to claim they were "renegotiating" with insurers. After the second presentation nothing changed and now there are talks of a union forming. Just a giant mess.
