Hopelessly disorganised, out of date and unable to leverage work force due to cultural and communication inefficiencies - Back Office Eviden Employee Review

Dearth of communication and culture. Full of hopeless management and their “pet employees” who love to micro manage the workforce (even when they have oodles more experience). Say they are creating something new & innovative but the legacy systems are essentially a whole pile of manual spreadsheets ie: nothing could be further from the truth. Blatant lies frequently told; acquired a whole bunch of acquisitions but had no plans or budget as to what to do with them and just keep stringing everyone along. ATOS share price and press releases re recent credit downgrade say it all.
