What is left of Maven Wave culture is great. Lots of great people.

Cons

MWP was acquired by a dying infrastructure management company that can’t make the leap into the 21st Century and cloud. MWP was Google’s law school girlfriend, but now Google is a lawyer and would rather date Accenture and Deloitte, you Maven’s future is tenuous as a business.

Very good people at the individual contributor level

Cons

Just had layoffs right after the first of the year with more to come. Benefits are so much worse under the new organization. People leaving, hiring freezes, no raises, and lack of new business all point to the company being in a death spiral. It will impossible to turn things around with the current leadership.
