      Pros

      Quote a few very motivated, technically skilled people. DevOps practice's management was really good, with a technical background.

      Cons

      The parent company Atos continues to influence the firm, leading to staff-aug style projects, poor leadership, and reduced travel opportunity. For a sometimes very stressful consulting role, the compensation is simply not competitive. Benefits are relatively weak. Company culture is very weak if you are not in Chicago. There seems to be little effort to retain talent. There's been a bit of an exodus of the more experienced people, leaving a large pool of more junior people.
