Since the split from Atos, Eviden has been a terrible company to work for. Project opportunities are limited, leading to many consultants being not utilised and being penalised due to this. Those promoted are being sold out at their increased price but are NOT receiving an uplift in salary - Eviden is using this extra money for debt. Are yearly pay review hasn’t happened meaning consultants salary isn’t reflecting the cost of living rise. Eviden is losing its great consultants due to this and it really is a shame!

Remote work flexibility. Competitive starting salary.

Cons

No career growth for project managers. Promotions are in title only, with no raise and added sales responsibilities. Misleading communication. All-Hands meetings boast success but end with bad news—no raises, short bonuses. Minimal raises and bonuses. One 2.5% raise in five years, and bonuses never met. Reduced benefits. 401K contributions cut during COVID and never restored. Unhelpful feedback. Performance reviews lack depth (max two bullet points), 5/5 scores were reserved for pets.

High attrition. People are leaving due to lack of strategy, unclear future and internal career fights at all managerial levels.
