Terrible company to work for - do not care about their employees - Assistant Consultant Eviden Employee Review

Since the split from Atos, Eviden has been a terrible company to work for. Project opportunities are limited, leading to many consultants being not utilised and being penalised due to this. Those promoted are being sold out at their increased price but are NOT receiving an uplift in salary - Eviden is using this extra money for debt. Are yearly pay review hasn’t happened meaning consultants salary isn’t reflecting the cost of living rise. Eviden is losing its great consultants due to this and it really is a shame!
