Pros
Before the pandemic, Maven Wave had an amazing culture, with great people and fun company events. It's been a little trickier during the pandemic but Maven Wave has tried hard to keep employees engaged and connected and I have no doubt that the culture will be revived. Really smart people work at Maven Wave. Maven Wave has challenging work and great people. What more could you want?
Cons
The acquisition in 2020 coincided with the start of the pandemic so there have been a lot of changes. It obviously takes some time to integrate but I'm certain it is going in the right direction.
