      Pros

      Maven wave is an excellent company to work with. They work in latest cloud technologies and have good projects with them. They emphasis on learning and provide free learning resources and vouchers for Cloud certifications. The environment in the company is good.

      Cons

      The only issue with the company is that they don't take employees feedback seriously. There are some leads and managers in the company who wants to Dominate rather lead. People with great technical skills who have worked under these leads and managers are leaving the organization. Even after so many feedbacks, no one takes any action against such leads and managers.
