I have been working here since one year. I started working as a intern, a senior was assigned to me as a mentor during my training he guided me and he was very helpful. I worked here for very less time but I learned so many skills. Maven wave supports groth for every single individual. Office environment: senior are very helpful and friendly, hard work does not go unnoticed every month gets recognition for the hard work, very stabilised office environment.

I really like this company because of many reasons few of which are * Culture: It has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. * Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR department * Infrastructure: Nice infrastructure and all necessary equipments * Use of latest technology to ease work done. * Work-life Balance * there are more opportunities to advance our career. * And there are many such good things but these are major
