      Amazing campus and infrastructure. The work and management would depend on the project we are allocated to. There are many projects where the employees have amazing managers and understanding and cooperative clients making life easy for the employees. Best place to learn, lots of freedom and flexibility to experiment new things, respectful culture.       Good people. Good working culture. The team manager and others are always ready to help. There are fun activities, connections, benefits shared, shared a good salary. Seniors are very supportive. As a fresher, the best company to start your career. Different Technologies to learn and work upon. Job security Work from Home or Hybrid - upto you The worklife balance is amazing. You get to learn from the brightest minds in the world. You have lots of support from team members and they are very helpful in nature. Health Insurance with amazing additional benefits like dental , accidental cover. Respectful Culture There are ample opportunities to learn and improve skills while being on the job as well. Ability to meet personal and professional goals. Encourages us to learn new technologies like the cloud by providing free vouchers for the certification test. Managers and hr.'s listen to the employees.

      Cons : Hectic Schedule. You have to give atleast two professional level certificates every year. A little few hours. Overall, Amazing Company learns new technologies by supporting managers and seniors and provides additional benefits like insurance and coupons on special occasions. But you have to keep on learning on an everyday basis and be ready to accept any new technology you have been given to work upon.
