      Pros

      I learned so much from those around me. My initial boss and leader treated everyone fairly and pushed them to learn. The environment was forward-thinking and mostly fun.

      Cons

      However, boss #2 plummeted everyone's morale almost instantly. This person's ego overshadowed everyone's hard work, well-meaning, and drive for their role and, simply wanting to be there.

      Pros

      The best part of Cloudreach is being surrounded by such great people. I also love the culture and underlying values. And the focus on diversity and leading from the front to impact change is truly motivating.

      Cons

      If you enjoy working hard and driving change you'll fit right in. But if you prefer coasting through the day this is definitely not the place for you.
