Pros

Company really tries to be accommodating for all types of people. They work on diversity and inclusion and put their money where their mouth is.

Cons

Company is having a difficult time with the acquisition by Atos. They try to automate processes that aren't that well understood that has an inverse affect of helping streamline. They haven't been able to establish the consulting practice in North America that they could. Some really great people working there but they seem to get silenced by the less competent.
