Pros

Used to be great company before it got too big and leadership went down the drain

Cons

Claims diversity is a part of the mission but exec management giving direction to hire only people under 40. And they have assigned 90% of management positions to Italians

Pros

Good benefits, kind people, $15 an hour with benefits.

Cons

The people working there are wonderful, kind and very hard working. They are also at large, very unhappy; from what I've seen. It's consistent tedious work, in a facility that is all business and no comfort, so over time it seems as if many bare minimus are neglected. The personalities here question themselves a lot and learn they would rather be doing something else despite being afraid to leave because of the financial landscape outside. This keeps them around. I got to know the people there very well, and they all seemed to be sad to some extent. They felt unsupported by the higher ups and unmotivated to improve because there wasn't anyone fighting for them or offering raises over the years. I had no motivation to stick around. Work is very much prioritized over comfort, happiness and safety. This contributes to a feeling of neglect. It was a helpful job in the moment, but I wouldn't want to make a career in the place over a long period of time. It's a passionless job environment, and it shows in the people who work there.
