Pros
Our shift was like a family and worked well together and looked out for each other. The actual job was pretty easygoing, simple, but fast-paced.
Cons
Management was always terrible, managers and supervisors put in place that should not be in those positions, they do not know anything about the actual job, regular employees have to train them. Once a new general manager took position the entire place completely went down hill. Machines never work properly and the new management is constantly micromanagement. Moral was very low, and there is no care for personal life, as working Saturdays and weekday overtime was very much required. Overall a horrible work environment and very unprofessional. As far as management goes, it's like my head was always spinning in every direction, with no real or proper goal.
