Great frame discounts but poor work-life balance

Frame and lens discounted for employees.

Cons

Unlimited PTO is used as hiring negotiations to keep salary low but when requested, PTO is only approved by manager if you're favored. A lot of clicks too heavy on friends and family. No work life balance. Salaried working 50 + weekly hours. Annual incentive based on manager approval only. Advancement based on manager approval only. Medical Benefits is high deductible plan.
