      401k and Stock Purchasing were good

      Cons

      Sell at all costs. Company Revenues are more important than customers, patients, and employees. Alsolute toxic culture, but you may not realize this until you leave. Its a win at all cost culture. The expectation was to be in the field selling 9-10 hours a day, and to be entertaining customers several nights a week on top of that. Then you had to do your administrative work on the weekends. You were also expected to work throughout the weekend including delivering glasses to your customers.
