      Helping people have glasses to see

      Favoritism is a Huge problem they state families can't work the same shift or same dept. Only if they like or know you do they make this happen. If you want to advance or move to another dept or site they make it extremely hard if you're not in their circle. There are employees that get bullied and when they voice concerns it is not addressed if it is retaliation comes in all forms. The supervisors date the staff. It is not good when people are out with the covid supers don't tell the employees of that department to get tested or watch out for symptoms nothing is said. It is not a place that is keeping the environment safe or cleaned through the pandemic that's still going on.
