      Pros

      They pay well and have great benefits. They are very large and that should give you opportunities if you are willing to move.

      Cons

      They are outsourcing most of their knowledge base to India. They don't give any regard to how much experience you bring to the table. They have been converting their company into a software managed services company and they are having a very tough year.

      Flexible hours, daycare on site. Good benefits. Fitness facilities on site. Good cafeteria. Convenient parking. Massages and nutrition advice. Big company so can be anonymous.

      Cons

      Psychological and sexual harassment is rampant here. Lack of respect from the top down. The expectations are unattainable and there is no work life balance.

      Swedish company that has no understanding of Silicon Valley

      - good health benefits - new buildings going in - good local communications of events

      Cons

      - Everything is decided in Sweden, even when they know little/nothing about the technology - keep sending expats in to run things, who know nothing about Silicon Valley, or how to operate in SV. They act like like everything that is done is Sweden should work just fine elsewhere. - Absolutely no follow-through on strategy - it changes every 6-9 months
