      Global work opportunities, great corporate responsibility, networking with other industries, strong tech base. The original corporate values (Professionalism, respect, perseverence) went a long way

      Cons

      Strong product organisation can hamper some innovation. A company with old roots, culture change takes time. The new corporate values are more comprehensive but I didn't find them as inspiring

      Teamwork is very strong at Ericsson, and working together across borders enhances the strength of a truely worldwide company

      Cons

      Intercultural communication can at times be difficult. Suboptimisation is also a risk with overtight financial controls.

      1. Company has great work culture and job stability. 2. This is the telecom giant and we get to work in all sorts of projects. 3. Opportunities of internal mobility to expand our knowledge and competence are ample. 4. No doubt, the compensation and hike is one of the best in industry.

      Cons

      1. For a fresher, this company won't prove to be a very good company to start with because here the work is not so challenging and the processes are very much simplified by automation so learning is quite less. 2. Due to work from all parts of the world, there is shift system as well.
