      World-wide organization. Great company spirit. Opportunity to work in an area that really makes a difference in the life of people all over the planet. Opportunity for international assignments all over the world. Consensus decision making takes time but aligns the effort very well.

      Cons

      A tendency to discriminate against older employees. Middle management is not always selected on the basis of good competence and good leadership qualities.
