Its really good to work there as GET in Engineering (planning and optimization ) dept , u'll feel like great working with such a big organization ...

Cons

But if are on third party pay-roll , its really tough to get on roll , does not matter for how long you are there , they wont increase ur salary or designation

- Some carrier opportunities for the motivated - One can have a good balance of work and private life - Low level of stress

Cons

- Cutting edge technology is not really used in software development - There are overmanaged projects - There are overcomplicated environments for software development and test work - Sometimes there is poor planning (f.i. feasibility) - I hate to work in an office landscape - High level of frustration
