      Company offers competitive salary and good benefits

      I felt there were many redundancies in my division, this is not only not productive but also hits the bottom line which in the mid and long term hurt morale and generate layoffs.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good. No pressure to deliver. An overall lazy pace with a lot of controls and checks. Large company with benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Many dead horse employees. Previous CEO has left with 4M$ and a legacy of corruption. No leadership. Arrogance at all levels. Incapacity to execute even on technological level within a company that claims to be an ICT leader. It is a sad place these days.

      Cons

      There are so many rounds of layoffs that I lost count. The fears are permanent. Sooner or later, layoffs come to everyone, because business isn't good.
