Health Insurance, Educational Money Aid, Benefits FAR above the law, great environment to work, Great growing oportunities. It is the best place I have ever worked in, the people are so nice and that is what a great workplace is all about. The schedules are not invasive with your personal life.

Cons

There is not enogh space on the lunch room.

Conflicting messages from management about quality vs quantity of work production within sales department; some mid management do not conduct themselves in a professional manner both inside and outside the office at company functions; slow turn around time for promotion; lower than industry average pay/compensation
