      I have fantastic six and half months experience in Epicor Retail as Channel Manager in Asia because of: - Very nice people, I can be encouraged by the team and manager with professional background and the great team work. - Very nice culture, relax but creativity, not very agreesive but perfect and detail driven. - Excellent product & Solution with great customer base and best prectices. I always feel exciting working in this great team with the happy work, bright future and big potential...

      Cons

      Epicor retail is very new is Asia market, the influence and resource in this market is not as good as North America market.

      * Benefits (health care, paid time off) * Autonomy * Ability to work remotely * Opportunity to advance if you're looking globaly * Opportunities to travel * Mid-managers are empowered to manage their team * Ability to reach out to key decision makers * Fun environment * Agile for such a large organization in terms of decision making

      Cons

      * Needs more visilbity in terms of a career path * Compensation is good, but competitors have Epicor beat in several positions * Onboarding process is not clearly defined * Company issued laptop didn't have all the software I need to do my job * Large company, and some communications that I needed to hear never reached me until after new policies were put into place.

      Pros

      I feel a close connection with everyone on my team. Lots of companies claim to have a family atmosphere, but I really feel it is true with Epicor. The compensation is excellent and I have a flexible schedule, due to travel. Great personal health program integrated with benefits so I can gain rewards just by working out like I normally would. The management team has also showed a lot of concern for my thoughts as a new employee coming from the industry we serve. I've even had a few calls with our divisions GM just so he could hear what I think. I really love working for this company!

      Cons

      My team is somewhat segmented, but I think it's really just the nature of our jobs. We travel to clients a good deal and have different schedules, so it can be difficult to sync up. We do have events throughout the year to meet though.
