      Pros

      Enjoyed a few people on the team, i learn't a lot about the ERP industry, got to speak too many individuals in different industries.

      Cons

      Lack of Communication, there is a disconnect among business units. Lack of Transparency within the company, you don't really know whats going on, alot of emails about "internal Changes" but you don't see or feel anything been at Epicor long enough to know it's all talk.

      Not always staright forward progression. Depending on the department you work and individual manager.

      a lot of work expected of you they pay you less than the work you do only a stepping stone job.
