Decent Company

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Micromanaging is at a minimum.

Cons

Change management is the worst I’ve ever seen. Management is clueless as to what their employees actually do on a daily basis. Leadership is non-existent at the middle to senior manager level. Utilization is prioritized way above customer satisfaction. Annual merit raises are a joke, certainly not based on merit. Everyone gets the same regardless how well you actually perform.

Pros

Empowerment & independence, openness to innovation and collaborative working, flexibility with work schedules, hybrid working

Cons

Change management is not handled transparently across the company, too little information prior to the change makes it difficult to understand the why and what. Reward & recognition is few and far between. Mandating hybrid work policy without allowing employees to choose how they manage compliance.

Pros

Great software Knowledgable sales team

Cons

BDR team will burn Epicor from the ground up as long as the current management are in place They praise dials over deals, fostering a toxic culture where reps are encouraged to steal leads from eachother and are placed under enormous pressure to hit targets Unable to learn a single thing from the leaders of the team, other than how to make 40 fake calls for an easier life Senior BDRs are treated like royalty but they also don’t know anything
