Pros

Opportunity for advancement, peer interaction, one will have a variety of experiences to put on resume, formal sales training, other potential employers will recognize your hard work, good benefits.

Cons

Long hours, little pay (around $10/HR), work weekends, embarrassing to tell your friends where you work, rude and angry customers, constant pressure, takes forever to be promoted to where the job is decent, assistant and branch managers are new to management which means they are not good managers yet, and even if you are i the top 1-5% of the sales force you only get a $300 bonus each month.

Pros

Looks good on a resume if you are looking for a future in sales. This compay is one of the largest employers of recent college grads which is great considering many employers require experience. Looking to get experience in running a business and sales it is a good place to start but not a long term career if you ask me.

Cons

Long hours, policy changes when it is necessary to fire someone, quick to burnout, and the biggest of all is dealing with pissed off customers all day. People don't concept the difference between a credit card and a debit card and after explaining it 50 times a day you start to wonder about the inteligence of the human race. You are getting a 30,000 dollar vehicle and you are giving me 200 dollars , don't you think there might be some saftey percautions and paper work you might have to do. You would think that would be understandablr but some don't.

Pros

It looks good on your resume. Future employees know Enterprise works you to the bone: 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. You learn how to market yourself to accounts, deal with difficult customers, and appreciate a normal work week with future jobs. Overall, I feel that you do gain marketable skills such as sales, customer service, marketing and management. You meet people from all over the area to network and make friends.

Cons

No work and personal life balance. 7am until 6:30pm are normal work hours. You get no respect from customers. You ruin nice clothes and shoes washing cars and running around sweating.
