Pros
Mostly good people work here. Some middle management can be tough to deal with, but if you are on the right team, there are some great people here.
Cons
No one will ever decide anything. Ever. There is such a fear of angering the customer that no one will ever make a final decision for fear of jeopardizing the contract. All talk, no results. No career advancement plan, what-so-ever. Don't plan on ever doing anything other than what you were originally hired for. If you do get more responsibility, they'll tell you "this isn't an HR or money promotion"
