      Pros

      Big company with great benefits and lots of people whom you can learn from. Leadership has lots of experience in transportation and sales.

      Cons

      Top heavy. A lot of mangers there have been through the wringer which, for some odd reason, motivates them to hold back talent. If you are young and looking for major opportunities, this is an amazing place to start getting big experience but it moves slow and very easy to get stuck in the wrong group. A lot of people have been delayed promotions for so long that they genuinely do not know how to manage. No project management or direction.

      Great team members supportive environment Flexible schedule (Hybrid) collaborative environment to support learning and growth.

      its a big company so the growth could be slow but if one is resolved enough there are opportunities.
