      Good benefits, relaxed work environment, friendly people, freedom to use tools and technologies that make sense.

      Cons

      Average small-town payscale, regular trickle-down of internal company projects without sufficient explanation of how they should be applied in day-to-day work (the stuff that actually benefits customers), busywork, poor collaboration between teams, insular attitudes reinforced by frequent reorganizations and strong push for outsourcing low-level knowledge.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
