      Trane will work with you with getting time off if something unexpected comes up. They reward their employees with dinners and various giveaways.

      Cons

      The human resources at Trane are very catty. It's like you are back in middle school. The girls talk about everyone.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
