      Pros

      Good benefits, some really pretty work locations, my coworkers are wonderful (management is the difficulty)

      Cons

      Management is deceptive, layoffs is the normal mode- go to work in the morning and wonder who will still be there int he afternoon, reorganizations are constant, pay increases are tied to performance ratings BUT they insist on having a bell curve so they play games with rating to fit the curve, not a good place to be if you are over 40-50 years old

      Plenty of Holiday pay. Great coworkers and management listen to your concern

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
